Sundance Night Skiing

This was my first time trying out my GoPole skiing.
Getting used to only using one ski pole was a little tricky.
Make sure to watch the crash at 1:24.

Sundance is pretty small as far as ski resorts go, and the night skiing is even more limited. Every Wednesday night and sometimes Saturday nights, Sundance offers 2 for 1 deals. So for $15 it is quite the bargain deal for a college student in Utah valley, as the resort is only 20 minutes away.

For the experienced skier, it is fun for a few hours to get out on the slopes and mess around with your friends. For the beginner, it's the perfect bargain deal to get some practice in.

They have two lifts open at night, and five or six runs including a black diamond gully, and their miniature terrain park. Night skiing goes from 4:30pm to 9pm.

  1. I don't even know you guys lol, but I am surprised you have not gone to see the old Tintic Standard Reduction Mills in Goshen, UT, or mined some topaz over at Topaz Mountain, UT. I climbed that whole mountain back in April 2014. It is about 2 hours southwest of Provo, UT. I found some nice sherry-colored topaz too. The best part is, that is it completely free.
