Hiking Angels Landing

Check out this short video edit hiking Angels Landing filmed on my GoPro.

Angels Landing is among the most beautiful hikes in Zion National Park. It is an extremely popular hike and is usually pretty crowded. It is non technical, but is extremely exposed in some areas. If you have a fear of heights you might want to avoid this one. Or it could be a great place to confront that fear. Fun fact: six people have fallen and died on this hike. It is 2.5 miles each way with a 1,500 foot elevation change. You're not going to want to do this hike in the heat of the summer. President's Day weekend in the middle of February was a warm 75 degrees. I couldn't imagine hiking it in weather much warmer than that.
